We had a great stay, clean and cozy apartment with everything a family with 2 young kids need. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Great location, with a pool and beach within reach. Will come again!

We spend 5nights, all family felt very good and like at home at this flat, the view from balcony is beautiful, flat was so clean and tidy, fresh beddings.. Been prepared even cot bed and highchair- which we even didn’t ask for🫶 The facilities and game rooms with sauna - so clean and well looked after, we felt like in the hotel. Our kids were so sad to leave your flat, I hope we will be back to Dubai and we will be able to rent the same flat again, we just loved and annoyed everything. Location is very good, just steps from 24/7 supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants… enjoyed electric scooters which is easy to find next to hotel. The man which met as at the first day was so kind and helpful, thank you so much for everything🫶❤️🌷

Beautiful apartment in Palm with a perfect location. The mall is directly across the street, and you’re surrounded by fantastic beach clubs and restaurants. The place was very clean and well-kept. Highly recommend — I would definitely return. Also the hosts made it much better very responsive and easy to communicate with

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in the Beachfront area of Dubai. The view from the window overlooking Palm Jumeirah was absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. The pool was beautiful, well-maintained, and a real pleasure to use. The apartment itself was spotless, perfectly clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a warm and cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Tot nu toe absoluut de beste airbnb waar wij hebben verbleven. Geweldige omgeving voor gezinnen. De kinderen vonden het heerlijk in het park en de zesde verdieping is echt een uitkomst met kleine kinderen. Ze kunnen spelen zonder weg te kunnen rennen. Dat maakt het super veilig en fijn voor ouders om op hun gemak te zijn. Ook is er een extra ruimte die niet beschreven staat waar je gemakkelijk je koffers kwijt kunt en eventueel je kinderwagen. Echt een geweldig verblijf hebben we gehad. Ruim opgezet schoon appartement op een toplocatie!

Absolutely phenomenal place to stay, excellent location, apartment was immaculate. The view is paradise! Lots to do, cafe and restaurant downstairs, the doughnuts were divine! Pool area not over crowded, really nice atmosphere. Kind staff and most of all, Settler Homes was brilliant the moment we contacted them until we checked out. Great value for money and on the same level as Atlantis hands down. Well done guys and thank you so much to your team 🙌🏼👍🏼

My family and I stayed in their apartment for almost one week, and we truly felt like we were at home. The apartment was very clean, and the location is excellent — you can easily walk along the canal and enjoy a beautiful view of Dubai from every perspective. Most importantly, the hosts are a great example of excellent hospitality. They were always very responsive and quick to help with anything we needed during our stay. Since we were traveling with a small child, this made our stay much easier and more comfortable, and we really appreciated their support. Of course, there is always room for small improvements, but in our opinion, this place doesn’t need much. I highly recommend it to everyone, especially to families.

Amazing studio to stay at. We felt like at home as the place had everything we needed. Also it’s great they provide the cot for the baby & a high chair. The studio was clean and well maintained. The host very responsive, helpful & friendly. It is well situated to the main attractions of Dubai & has a metro station nearby which is great. I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you. ☺️
