We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of Dubai. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, including an organic shop, which made our family trip much easier. In addition, there are many great restaurants in the area, giving us the choice of cooking at home or enjoying dining out. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, well equipped, very clean, and well maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

The best apartment I’ve ever stayed in in my life. Nothing was missing—starting from kitchenware, towels, and even the smallest details. Clean, excellent, high standard. Everything is comfortable, with complete privacy. A nice gym. The pool is closed until the end of September for renovations. Perfect and completely quiet view. The apartment is perfect, and I wanted to return to it, but it was already booked.

This is a lovely, bright apartment with beautiful sunset, skyline, and partial golf course views. Construction noise was minimal, as the apartment is on a high floor. The way Settler has equipped this apartment makes it very family-friendly and sets them apart as one of the top Airbnb hosts in Dubai. They communicate quickly and are highly professional. We loved Binghatti’s kitchen; it’s modern, practical, and makes great use of space. The building is new, clean, and includes a very convenient parking spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and found dealing with Settler to be very pleasant.

We had a 3 week stay in the apartment & Felt right at home during our stay . 2 adults + children 12yrs/8yrs Location is brilliant as right on the marina JBR only 5 min walk away . The views were amazing from apartment. Thought out the process settle homes where brilliant,very responsive/clear instructions/always keeping us updated with the process. Would definitely use again . We had an amazing stay at sparkle towers and we could not fault a thing & Well worth staying here . Thank you

wunderbares , geräumiges Zimmer , sehr sauber und ein äußerst exzellenter Service . Besonders gut war die Sauna , der Pool und das Fitnessstudio , welche im gebäude drin waren. Tolle Unterkunft , wirklich sehr zu empfehlen

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement était d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien aménagé, avec un vrai standing qui le rend particulièrement agréable à vivre. Le petit plus qui a fait toute la différence : le jacuzzi, dont nous avons pleinement profité en famille avec les enfants. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, nous recommandons vivement ! L'hôte est très réactif et se rend totalement disponible afin de faciliter notre séjour. L'emplacement est top : Bay Square juste en face !

It was our second wonderful stay with Settler. The apartment was super clean, spacious, well located with a great view of Dubai Marina. The place was accurately described. The place super clean and located near by a lot of restaurants and services such as makers and pharmacies. The building has many facilities which are good. Me and my kids were enjoyed the staying and recommended for small families or couples.

Maravilloso! Desde el momento en que entras, te recibe un diseño elegante y luminoso. Espacios abiertos, techos altos y ventanales de piso a techo que permiten que la luz natural invada cada rincón. La selección de materiales es impecable: mármol pulido, acero cepillado y toques de madera cálida que crean un ambiente contemporáneo pero acogedor. El salón es amplio y confortable, perfecto pata cenas tranquilas al atardecer, con una terraza privada que se extiende hacia vistas infinitas de Palm Jumeirah. el personal super amable!!! recomiendo 100%
