The stay was amazing, the big bedroom with large balcony opening towards high rise and glimpses of beach. In the morning enjoyed the sunrise and the sky jumpers. The supermarket just behind the apartment and NOON service was so convenient. Thankyou Settler for making our 4 days stay more than home. We will be visiting again in Feb 26

Had a wonderful stay at Settler! The place was cozy, clean, and full of character. The host was welcoming and attentive, making everything feel smooth and easy. Loved the little touches that made the space feel homey. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting the area! ❤️

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno splendido! La casa era accogliente, pulita e curata nei dettagli, ma il vero punto forte è stata la piscina: davvero di altissimo livello, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi appieno la vacanza. I padroni di casa sono stati gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

The location was perfect, you just have to cross the street in an alley and you’re at the DMCC metro. The residence itself is just like on the pictures. We really enjoyed the pool with its amazing view on the marina. And great communication with the host. We had an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of Dubai. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, including an organic shop, which made our family trip much easier. In addition, there are many great restaurants in the area, giving us the choice of cooking at home or enjoying dining out. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, well equipped, very clean, and well maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

The best apartment I’ve ever stayed in in my life. Nothing was missing—starting from kitchenware, towels, and even the smallest details. Clean, excellent, high standard. Everything is comfortable, with complete privacy. A nice gym. The pool is closed until the end of September for renovations. Perfect and completely quiet view. The apartment is perfect, and I wanted to return to it, but it was already booked.

This is a lovely, bright apartment with beautiful sunset, skyline, and partial golf course views. Construction noise was minimal, as the apartment is on a high floor. The way Settler has equipped this apartment makes it very family-friendly and sets them apart as one of the top Airbnb hosts in Dubai. They communicate quickly and are highly professional. We loved Binghatti’s kitchen; it’s modern, practical, and makes great use of space. The building is new, clean, and includes a very convenient parking spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and found dealing with Settler to be very pleasant.
