The check-in staff at the building was super helpful. The apartment was super clean and modern. The host was easy to get hold of if you need anything. During our stay the bin bags were missing and the host go them delivered within an hour. The place is central, lots of restaurants next door and a convenient store as well if you want to buy some snacks/fruits. Overall no issues and highly recommended.

The apartment was cozy, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The balcony had stunning views of both the canal and Burj Khalifa, which made mornings and evenings truly special. The place was peaceful and perfect for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathrooms were clean and modern, and everything felt well-organized. Check-in was smooth and hassle free, and the location was easy to find. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this stay

A great location by the JBR. No need to use the car, and when you need to use your car it’s very easy to get out on the street and get going. The crowdedness of the JBR is away a bit from this location. That is very great. Also the two porches were something! We did enjoy our stay 🌹

Clean , great location The area around the building has alot of construction works going on so some roads are closed and diverted which made it tricky to access the building for the first time

Really love this apartment. Had a such nice stay at this place. The apartment was super clean and really nicely furnished. Check-in process was really easy and the host was super responsive to any queries I had. Highly recommend staying here.

1. Very close to downtown. 2. Very responsive management team who took care of all our needs. 3. Building management were very courteous. 4. Facilities of the building and apartment were excellent. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an exceptional stay at Binghatti Onyx, JVC. The apartment was stylish and felt truly high-end. Seamless check-in, upscale building, and a very comfortable experience throughout. There’s a market within walking distance from the front entrance of the building, which made things super convenient! I would stay here again, highly recommended!

Stayed at the apartment for few days with my family. The location makes you feel that you are on vacation. My family loved it. First night we experienced the DSF drone show from the balcony. Next morning my kids were surprised with sky diving activity being performed so close to the apartment. Then there is a nice private beach. Good swimming pools. And a bbq place. We simply loved it.
