I had a great experience here with my wife and kids. The apartment was very clean, the check-in instructions were extremely clear, and the building itself is modern and well maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and the location made our stay very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here in the future.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem hochwertigen Gebäude. Angeschlossenes Hotel. Alles sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt keine Fenster zu öffnen, aber die Lüftung funktioniert sehr gut. Der dazugehörige Pool liegt immer im Schatten, so dass wir am Strand waren. Liegen und Sonnenschirme konnten genutzt werden.

I had a really Great Experience with settler's If you Have a baby, then you will feel like home all the baby essentials are provided tge location is perfect, parking is good overall a fantastic experience!!

Our stay was perfect! The apartment is located at 15-20 minutes from every places in Dubai. Very spacious and clean, the building offers all amenities you need. The Settler team will help you whatever you need. They really changed our experience in Dubai.

Great place to stay. Would highly recommend staying here. Pool and gym downstairs with great view. Private beach directly below that. Really nice place and super clean apartment. Hosts were also friendly and very helpful over the phone. I’ll stay here again

If you’re a family considering Hartland International school, then this apartment is 13mins walk. There are local restaurants and grocery shots downstairs from the apartment. The apartment is very clean and has everything inside you would need- even children toys. The amenities were excellent (steam room, gym, pool and kids playground on 6th floor). Only 15mins from downtown Dubai when there’s no traffic. Great value for money. Would stay here again.

I am extremely satisfied with our stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very welcoming and responsive, making everything smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, and all the little touches made it feel like home. Responsive host, beautiful area. Representative, Ronnie was lovely, messaged me when we landed and met us for the check-in and showed us the apartment. Small issues were resolved promptly by easy communication and sending someone to sort. The apartment is lovely, well furnished, plenty of linen/towels. Kitchen has everything but we didn’t do any cooking! Garbage shoot for easy disposal of rubbish on the same floor as the apartment which was handy. Gym is good. Concierge is great! No chairs on the second balcony but we only used the first balcony so not an issue for us. Views from both balconies were beautiful! It’s a very quiet area and there were loungers available by the beach and pool, although we preferred swimming in the sea as the water was warmer but the infinity pool is beautiful (not deep). Difficult to walk to shops/restaurants so we would take taxis or use Noon minutes/Careem for grocery and food delivery-very quick and convenient! Thank you! We can’t wait to return!
