On the ground floor of the building there is a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket, a pharmacy and a clothes shop. The building has an outdoor playground, a gym, a children's playroom, two swimming pools, a sauna and a hammam. Guests have free parking in the underground car park. The Dubai Marina Promenade is within walking distance. Take a stroll, soak up the atmosphere, enjoy a coffee at one of the cafes or dine at one of the many restaurants. The Walk at JBR, a popular pedestrian area with many restaurants and bars, is a 5 minute walk away; Just 5 minutes to the sea and sandy beach. There are wonderful views of the Blue Waters, the world's largest Ferris wheel, Beach Front area. In the evening you can see the incredible 800 drone show that has made Dubai famous around the world. A 15 minute walk to the Dubai Marina Mall with a variety of world class clothing stores, liquor stores, cafes and restaurants. Blue Waters Island with the world's largest Ferris wheel is a 20 minute walk away.

Children under 15 free of charge.
