- Please provide copies of passports for ALL guests (including children) who will be staying in the apartment prior to your arrival. - Please inform in advance of your arrival time. - The parking car in the apartment so at first you need to move to the guest parking, check in at the reception and go to the apartment - Standard check-in time is from 15.00. Early check-in is possible upon availability at an additional cost. - Standard check-out time is before 11.00. Late check-out is possible upon availability at an additional cost. - Cleaning during a guest's stay is available upon request for an additional fee. Cleaning must be ordered through the Settler's manager 24 hours in advance. - All utilities (electricity, water, high speed internet, cable TV, air conditioning/fridge). - Please take care of your cards and keys. Lost keys are subject to a fine of 100 AED. For example, Habtoor Grand Resort is literally 2 minutes from the apartments.t. Also there are more than 70 Dubai beach hotels on the list that you can visit and make the most of your trip to this wonderful city. The residential complex has a rooftop pool area with swimming pool for adults and for kids. Also there is a cozy chill out area near the swimming pools A gym with a sea view, sauna and steam room available for our guests. One of the features of the building is the Sky garden with a panoramic view which is located on the 27th floor. You can take your laptop and work with these amazing views or just relax and read a book on the quiet. Supermarket, cafe and pharmacy are right in the building on the ground floor. Also a huge 24/7 supermarket is located in 30 seconds walk. Lots of restaurants located nearby. ADDITIONAL SERVICE: We provide our guests with weekdays access to the beaches and pools in various luxury hotels with a special price 500 aed per adult per week. Children under 15 free of charge.
