Early check-in is possible upon availability at an additional cost. - Standard check-out time is before 11.00. Late check-out is possible upon availability at an additional cost. - Cleaning during a guest's stay is available upon request for an additional fee. Cleaning must be ordered through the Settler's manager 24 hours in advance. - All utilities (electricity, water, high speed internet, cable TV, air conditioning/fridge). - Please take care of your cards and keys. Lost keys are subject to a fine of 100 AED. For lost cards, the fine starts from 350 AED - Additional charges: VAT 5% Dubai tourist tax (10 dirhams/night for the first 30 days of stay) SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN! - Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
